How is my mop head clean if it cannot be washed on a high heat?

Whilst we cannot guarantee 100% cleanliness after machine washing your mop head– we can assure you that it’s better than not washing it at all! Unfortunately due to the high-performing, high-quality microfibres in our mop heads, washing at a high heat can cause them to melt and stick together – impacting the mop heads performance. We recommend washing your mop head up to 30° or less so to not damage the microfibres whilst still being refreshed. Not to mention that it’s more energy efficient to wash on lower heats - saving you money! We also recommend replacing your mop head every 6 months to maintain it’s cleaning power – you can buy these here.
