  1. If you want to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase (this must show a breakdown of the purchase, either an itemised invoice or an email confirmation).

  2. We will also need to see the product before making a claim, even if it is broken. 

  3. Please do not dispose of the product as you will not be able to claim without it.

  4. To help speed up the reply process, please include as much information as possible in your query, for example, product names and full details of your experience, including photos or video where possible.
  5. Please note that, due to GDPR, we cannot access other retailers' systems, including online order systems, to access receipts or proof of purchase.
