If you want to make a warranty claim, please ensure you have a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase (this must show a breakdown of the purchase, either an itemised invoice or an email confirmation).
We will also need to see the product before making a claim, even if it is broken.
Please do not dispose of the product as you will not be able to claim without it.
