Why is my Turbo not wringing/ hard to wring?
The pedal for the Turbo spin mop is located on the base of the bucket. Gently press down on the pedal with your foot and make sure you are gently holding the mop handle. If you have tried that and it’s still not spinning, please reach out to our customer service team using the form here.
